Mr. Chen Fei, is known to many as GZK, since us westerners are rubbish at Chinese names. Many traders use ‘nicknames’ in the West, even in banking, along with their given moniker. And GZK is a set of initials we all know well, from seeing it printed on slingshot band materials. The man himself even came to a Slingshot shoot in the UK!
And as of yesterday, Slingshot World is getting sent a box of goodies to check out for Issue 5. One thing I was eager to try, are the new even more scary than normal GZK hunting DARTS! Bloody great broadhead arrow tips, looking terrifyingly dangerous and thus deeply cool!
I will be using only the most serious protective gear to shoot these. And as for what else will be in the shipment, well, I am promised some leading edge swag, such as the ULTIMATE SPEED SHOOTER frame to try. I have seen GZK himself shooting a strange method but with fearsome rapidity, with this frame.
So, a big thanks for the support, GZK, and in other news of progress, I can report that I have already had a shoot with a stupefyingly powerful flat band slingshot rifle with a draw length of a metre and a half. And that it feels dangerous as hell, too!
Things are getting exciting… I LOVE THIS SPORT!
