HARROGATE AND THE UKSA:
And although I was sadly unable to get there, I can relate that the UKSA event at Brimham Rocks in Yorkshire, was a roaring success. They even had one chap aged 71 who had not shot a catapult in a few decades, come along and try the course, declaring it good fun.
As ever, a big part of these cool events is the community, meeting new people and learning from each other, as well as the camping being a thing in itself, with many folks cooking up a storm at mealtimes over the weekend.
The location is stunning.
And the course was varied, with close-by and far distant (30M) targets to test the best.
It was a huge success and I am just sad I wasn’t able to make it…
