HOT NEWS! ENGLAND SLINGSHOT FEDERATION Format & Rules for 2019 Season

SLINGSHOT WORLD, in association with the England Slingshot Federation can now bring you the hotly-anticipated news about how the 2019 season shall be run.

NEW FORMAT – NEW RULES …aaand they are deeply serious. Be careful not to fall foul in ways that might be totally cool at a club night! These are about serious shooting sport regulation. What follows is from the ESF:

Format:

Shooters will shoot rounds of single target spinners. There will be 7 shots per shooter, per round.

The first round will consist of a paper target, followed by spinner rounds.

Each round will be timed.

The paper target will be the same target at all ranges.

Spinners will be a WASP of varying size, depending upon what distance and round is in progress.

The number of rounds achievable will be calculated by the number of participants in the event but the most amount of rounds possible per event will be completed.

There will be no finals after rounds have been completed.

The persons with the most accumulated points over the course of the rounds will win 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for their specific tier. Pro and semi pro tiers will be shot simultaneously.

Each person’s current score will be shown live during the day.

Rules:
